The Spanish Tax Agency has launched the 2025 Companies Campaign, with the filing period for Corporate Income Tax opening on 1 July 2026.
The campaign includes a dedicated webpage bringing together guidance, updates and support materials to help taxpayers complete their 2025 corporate income tax obligations.
The campaign also covers Non-Resident Income Tax for permanent establishments and entities under the income attribution regime established abroad with a presence in Spanish territory for the 2025 tax year.
Taxpayers have been able to access their tax data since 18 June. The information can be transferred directly to the Companies Web form or imported through software developed by taxpayers or third-party providers, allowing the electronic submission of the Corporate Income Tax self-assessment.
According to the Tax Agency, the campaign resources are intended to assist companies throughout the filing process by providing consolidated guidance and practical tools for completing and submitting their 2025 returns.
