The Finance Ministry has published a draft amendment to the Income Tax Ordinance (ITO) on 22nd November 2015 for public comments. It provides a reduction of the corporate income tax rate from 26.5% to 25% as from 2016. The deadline for public comments has been set at 6th December 2015.
