Greece has postponed Phase B of its e-transport mandate under Decision A.1094/2026, introducing a two-stage implementation from 12 October 2026 and 1 January 2027 for enhanced digital monitoring of goods movement transmitted to myDATA, while Phase A obligations remain unchanged since 1 December 2025.
Greece has postponed and restructured Phase B of its e-transport mandate, introducing a two-stage implementation timeline for the digital monitoring of goods movement transmitted to myDATA under Decision A.1094/2026.
Under the revised schedule, Phase B will now be implemented in two phases:
From 12 October 2026, businesses will be required to activate the loading, transshipment, and receipt processes, including the transmission of quantitative and qualitative control data to the myDATA platform.
From 1 January 2027, the mandatory use of TARIC-aligned unified commodity coding (Combined Nomenclature) will take effect.
Phase B was initially set for 1 December 2025 and later postponed to 1 May 2026. The decision does not alter the scope of the mandate but revises the implementation timeline to support technical readiness.
Phase A obligations remain in force and unchanged since 1 December 2025, requiring all in-scope entities to digitally issue transport documents and transmit the corresponding data to AADE’s myDATA platform in accordance with Annex I of Decision A.1123/2024.
Voluntary early transmission of Phase B data will continue to be permitted ahead of each deadline.
