On 26 November 2020, OECD has published the updated position of signatories’ countries regarding the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI). Accordingly, Chile on 26 November 2020 deposited its ratification instrument. The MLI will enter into force for the Chile on 1 March 2021.
