On 4 January 2023, the Ministry of Finance of Taiwan issued a press release regarding the tax payment deadline for Q4 (4th quarter) and January 2023. Accordingly, the deadline has been extended to 22 February 2023.
The Ministry of Finance reminds taxpayers that if a business entity doesn’t make tax payments by 22 February 2023, it will be considered a late payment case and will be charged a penalty for the delayed payment.
