The Federal Tax Service (FTS) has published an amended version of the draft Order regarding a list of countries and territories which do not exchange tax information with Russia on February 1, 2016. In the amended list Austria, Israel, Lebanon, Malta, Switzerland and the United Kingdom have been removed and Greenland, Guam, Puerto Rico, Taiwan and the Virgin Islands (US) have been added. If approved by the FTS the Order will enter into force on April 1, 2016.
