Romania and Andorra signed an income tax treaty on 27 September 2024.

This treaty, the first between the two nations, aims to prevent double taxation. It will take effect once the ratification instruments are exchanged.

Andorra has established 11 Double Taxation Agreements (DTAs) with France, Luxembourg, Spain, UAE, Portugal, Liechtenstein, Malta, Cyprus, San Marino, Hungary, and Monaco. Additionally, it has signed 6 DTAs with Croatia, the Czech Republic, Iceland, the Netherlands, South Korea, and Lithuania.

Andorra has also initiated agreements with Belgium and Montenegro, which are awaiting signatures.
