The Tulum MST began operations on 10 November 2025 and is located at Calle Ook Kot, Manzana 130, Región 3, Lote 2, Local 5, between Escorpión Norte and Libra Norte, Colonia Maya Pax, 77760, Quintana Roo. The Tekax MST opened on 18 November 2025 and is situated at Calle 53, No. 202-bis, Colonia Centro, 97970, Tekax, Yucatán, inside the Municipal Palace.

These openings form part of the SAT’s 2025 Master Plan, which targets communities with population and economic growth to reduce travel for taxpayers and improve service quality. The agency says the expansions will increase appointment availability, strengthen regional coverage, and foster a culture of tax compliance based on trust and shared responsibility.
The SAT continues to work on creating accessible, modern, and efficient offices to ensure quality service nationwide.
