On 20 November 2017, Mr. Lenín Moreno, the President of Ecuador signed Executive Decree No. 210, regarding decrease of income tax advance payments corresponding to the tax year 2017.
The Decree provides a 100% reduction for individuals and companies with yearly sales or gross income equal to or more than USD 500,000; a 60% reduction for those with yearly sales or gross income between USD 500,000.01 and USD 1 million; and a 40% reduction for those with yearly sales or gross income more than USD 1 million.
