On 9 June 2022, Mr. AHM Mustafa Kamal, the Finance Minister of Bangladesh presented the national budget for fiscal year (FY) 2022-2023 in the parliament.
The budget set the target for total revenue earnings for the fiscal year 2022-2023 has been estimated at Tk. 4,33,000 crore. Of this, NBR will collect Tk. 3,70,000 crore and another Tk. 63,000 crore will be collected from other sources.
