On 26 June 2020, the Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) published General Resolution 4743/2020 of 25 June 2020, which states that due to coronavirus pandemic, the submission deadline of audited financial statements or auditor’s report is extended until 18 August 2020 for taxpayers with a tax year closed in November 2019, December 2019, or January 2020.
