As of 4 November 2025, 62 countries have signed the addendum.

OECD reported that Albania, Chile, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have signed the Addendum to the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (CRS MCAA).

The Addendum to the CRS MCAA incorporates additional data elements for exchange, aligning with the enhanced reporting obligations introduced in the 2023 revision of the Common Reporting Standard. These enhancements are designed to maintain the CRS’s effectiveness in tackling global tax compliance issues.

UAE signed the Addendum on 11 August 2025, Albania signed on 6 October 2025, and Chile signed on 21 October 2025.

As of 4 November 2025, 62 countries have signed the addendum.
