Bolivia has extended the deadline for agricultural producers to file tax returns and pay the Unified Agricultural Regime (RAU) for fiscal year 2025 to 30 November 2026, giving them an additional month to meet their obligations.
Bolivia’s tax agency, the National Tax Service (SIN), announced on 2 November 2026 that agricultural producers now have until 30 November 2026 to file their tax returns and pay the Unified Agricultural Regime (RAU) for fiscal year 2025.
The National Tax Service (SIN) pushed back the original deadline of 31 October 2026.
The tax authority made the change through Regulatory Resolution No. 102600000044 of the Board of Directors.
The same resolution moves the deadline for processing and obtaining the RAU Non-Taxable Certificate for this period to 30 November 2026.
