GST-registered businesses in Singapore must now send invoice data to IRAS via Accredited Access Points, starting with voluntary GST registrants.

Singapore has launched the mandatory implementation of InvoiceNow for GST-registered businesses, starting with those that voluntarily register for GST. From 26 November 2025, these businesses must transmit invoice data to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) through Accredited Access Points as part of the first phase.

The Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) manages the nationwide E-invoicing framework and works with E-invoicing solution providers and Access Point (AP) providers to support business onboarding. AP providers offer direct connectivity for enterprises and solution providers, bundled cloud-based services, and dedicated in-house access points.

The requirement will be extended in stages to other GST-registered businesses. Companies are expected to select an appropriate AP service package to ensure compliance as the phased rollout progresses.
