Ministry of National Economy and Finance invites public feedback on draft law covering national development, EU aid administration, and pension rules, open until 8 December 2025.
Greece’s Ministry of National Economy and Finance has initiated a public consultation on a number of draft laws regarding the new national development programme, transfer of the payment and control organisation for EU guidance and guarantee aid to the independent authority for public revenue, and other provisions.
The draft laws are:
- Part A – National Development Programme (Articles 1–47)
- Part B – Provisions for the Development Programme of Public Investments and Other Provisions (Articles 48–60)
- Part C – Transfer of the Payment and Control Organisation for EU Guidance and Guarantee Aid to the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (Articles 61–80)
- Part D – Urgent Provisions, Chapter A – Pension Regulations (Articles 81–102)
- Part E – Commencement (Article 103)
Deputy Minister Nikolaos Papathanasis announced on 24 November 2025 that social partners and all interested parties in Greece are invited to submit proposals to improve the provisions of the draft law.
The consultation will remain open until Monday, 8 December 2025.
