On 26 November 2019, Kenya signed the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI). The provisional list of reservations and notifications to the MLI (i.e. its MLI position) regarding Kenya identifies 14 tax treaties that it wishes to be covered by the convention.
