The General Communiqué No. 477 about tax procedure law was published in official gazette and entered into force on 8th February 2017. This gives foreign currency exchange rates (Turkish lira (TRY)) that will be applied for the valuation of receivables and debts in foreign currency from 31st December 2016. In accordance with Communiqué, the currency exchange rates generally used like 1 GBP = TRY 4.3158, 1 USD = TRY 3.5167 and 1 EUR = TRY 3.7073.
