Belarus and Ukraine | According to Law No. 2743-IX of Ukraine, the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with Belarus was terminated, which entered into force on 11 December 2022. As per the terms of the treaty, the termination would apply from 1 January 2024, at the earliest, if the notice of termination is given by the end of June 2023. |
