On 1 February 2024, the Singaporean Official Gazette issued Order No. S 69, officially recognizing the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on the Exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) reports as an international tax compliance agreement. This includes agreements with Kenya (effective January 8) and Montserrat (effective January 8). The order comes into effect on the same date.
