On 2 March 2022, the President of Russia signed Decree No. 83 (“the Edict”). The decree provides several tax incentives to support Russia’s IT sector. Accordingly, qualified IT companies are granted an exemption from corporate income tax until December 31, 2024. In addition, no audits will be carried out during this period.
