13 January 2023, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) has released a draft ordinance to implement the provisions of the amending directive on administrative cooperation in the field of taxation (Council Directive (EU) 2021/514) (DAC7) in the fiscal Procedures Code.
DAC7 expands the automatic exchange of information among EU Member States to include income generated through digital platforms. The proposed measures may apply from 1 January 2023.
