Federal Register Delay of transition of test program:
This notice announces that from December 9, 2017, ACE will be the sole CBP-authorized EDI system for processing electronic FTZ admission applications, and the Automated Commercial System (ACS) will no longer be a CBP-authorized EDI system for purposes of processing these filings. See Details
Compliance date extension for formaldehyde emission standards:
EPA is extending the compliance dates to December 12, 2017 for the formaldehyde emission standards for composite wood products final rule issued pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This final rule is effective on October 25, 2017. See Details
Correction in a document of EU-U.S. Privacy Shield:
The Department of Commerce published a document in the Federal Register of September 7, 2017, concerning request for comments on the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. Applications for inclusion on the list of arbitrators are invited. The document contained incorrect submission dates. The corrected date for application submission is by October 6, 2017. See Details

This notice was given by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), on September 15, 2017, regarding footnotes, headers, or footers in tariff text in the Commission’s e-Tariff System. See Details
Notice about fees for the 2018 tariff-rate quota licensee:
This notice declares a fee of $300 to be charged for the 2018 tariff-rate quota (TRQ) year for each license issued to a person or firm by the Department of Agriculture authorizing the importation of certain dairy articles. Note that, these articles are subject to tariff-rate quotas set forth in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) of the United States. See Details
Importing bone-in ovine meat from Uruguay:
This final rule will provide for the importation of bone-in ovine meat from Uruguay into the United States, while continuing to protect the U.S. against the introduction of foot-and-mouth disease. Effective date for this final rule is October 12, 2017. See Details
FTC FTC announces Workshop on informational injury:
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) will host a workshop on December 12, 2017, to examine questions about how to best characterize these injuries, how to accurately measure such injuries and their prevalence, and what factors businesses and consumers consider when evaluating the tradeoffs involved in collecting, using, or providing information while also potentially increasing their exposure to injuries.
