On 14 February 2017, the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) betweenĀ Panama and Vietnam wasĀ entered into force for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income. The treaty generally applies from 1 January 2018.
