On 1 November 2019, the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI) entered into force for Norway.
On 17 July 2019, Norway deposited its instrument of ratification regarding the MLI including the list of 28 tax treaties that Norway intended to be covered by the MLI. Norway signed the MLI on 7 June 2017.
