The FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit of Mexico and the Department of the Treasury of the United States was signed on 9 April 2014 in order to developed International Tax Compliance and this agreement entered into force on 10 April 2014. Further details of the agreement will be reported afterward.
