The Common Reporting Standard partner jurisdictions list has been updated to include 115 countries.
Luxembourg published the Grand-Ducal Decree of 6 June 2025 in the Official Gazette, amending the list of partner jurisdictions for the exchange of financial account information under the Common Reporting Standard (CRS).
The Decree took effect on 15 June 2025 and now includes 115 jurisdictions, adding Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.
