Luxembourg has announced the publication of the “Law of 22 May 2024” in the Official Gazette, ratifying the pending income and capital tax treaty with Cape Verde.
Signed on 13 January, 2022, this treaty is the first between the two nations.
It will come into effect once the ratification instruments are exchanged and will be applicable from 1 January of the year following its enactment.
