Luxembourg’s Council of State authorised the ratification of the protocol to the 2007 tax treaty on income and capital with Moldova on 10 December 2024.
Signed on 25 June 2024, the amending protocol will come into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged.
It will be applicable from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
