The Parliament Budget and Finance (Taxation) Committee approved in principle a draft bill which sets the micro-enterprise tax rate at 9% in the first three years since the company’s registration.
As reported, in 2015, the tax rate for micro-enterprises with annual turnover under EUR 7,000 will remain 9 percent. The tax rate for micro-enterprises with higher turnover has increased to 11 percent this year, it will further increase to 13 percent in 2016 and 15 percent in 2017.
