Jordan’s Cabinet approved an amendment to the 2001 income tax treaty with Kuwait on 6 August 2025.
Jordan’s Council of Ministers approved the signing of an amending protocol to the 2001 income tax treaty with Kuwait on 6 August 2025.
The treaty is designed to prevent double taxation and prevent tax evasion between the two nations.
The protocol must be signed and ratified before it can take effect.
