On 13 April 2020, the Minister of Finance and the Commander of the Independent Public Revenue Authority officially published an Act, FEK A’ 84/13-04-2020. Article 3 of this Act includes that companies affected by the coronavirus outbreak can offset the amount equal to 25% of the previous VAT debt paid with debt payments or installments or adjustments to the tax administration with deadline after 1 May 2020.
