Egypt ratified the protocol to its 2019 tax treaty with the UAE, signed on 11 February 2024, exchange of ratification instruments.
Egypt’s parliament ratified the amending protocol to the 2019 income tax treaty with the UAE on 15 June 2025.
The protocol which was signed on 11 February 2024.
It will take effect once the ratification instruments have been exchanged.
