The Pakistan and Switzerland signed an Income Tax Treaty for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion in Islamabad on 21 March 2017. Once in force and effective, the new treaty will replace the Pakistan – Switzerland Income Tax Treaty (2005).
