The Dominican Republic’s tax authority has published the inflation multiplier and exchange rates for taxpayers closing their fiscal year on 30 September 2026, leaving its list of preferential tax regimes unchanged.

The Dominican Republic’s Directorate General of Internal Revenue (DGII) has issued Resolution No. DDG-AR1-2026-00008, setting the multipliers and adjustments for the fiscal year closing 30 September 2026. Director General Pedro Urrutia Sangiovanni signed it in Santo Domingo on 29 October 2026.

The general multiplier for inflation adjustment is 1.0512.

For exchange differences, the closing rates are 59.5224 for DOP/USD and 67.5877 for DOP/EUR. Both figures are based on Central Bank data. The resolution also includes a table of multipliers for the inflation adjustment of capital assets acquired between 1980 and 2026.

The resolution does not carry an updated list of states and territories that the DGII does not consider as having a preferential tax regime, with low/no taxation, or a tax haven (negative/whitelist).

The list in Resolution No. DDG-AR1-2026-00001, issued for the fiscal year closing December 2025, therefore continues to apply.
