The Danish tax administration circulated a press release (No. 17-1975627) on country-by-country (CbC) reporting on 21 December 2017. The press release instructs the Danish companies (multinational group with a turnover of DKK 5.6 billion) to file a 2016 report before the end of 2017.
The declaration for 2017 must furthermore be made before the end of 2018 with the form 05034 and must be sent to the tax administration.
