On 10 February 2023, the Cyprus Tax Department published a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) aiming to clarify certain provisions of the new transfer pricing rules approved in June 2022 with effect from 1 January 2022, including Local File and Master File requirements.
The FAQs present the questions and the corresponding answers as published on the Tax Department’s website. The FAQs are expected to be expanded to include additional questions in the future.
