On 5 November 2020, the Parliament approved the draft Bill No. PZ 59 for ratifying the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS (MLI). Croatia must now deposit its ratification instrument to bring the MLI into force for its covered agreements.
