On 25 November 2020, the Parliament approved the draft Law for ratifying the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS (MLI). Croatia must now deposit its ratification instrument to bring the MLI into force for its covered agreements. On 5 November 2020, a draft Bill No. PZ 59 has been approved by the Government and submitted to Croatian Parliament.
