The Finance Ministry published a draft Law for ratifying the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS (MLI). Public consultation is required from the Ministry regarding the draft Law. Croatia must now deposit its ratification instrument to bring the MLI into force for its covered agreements.
