On 18 February 2021, the OECD announced that Croatia has deposited its ratification instrument for the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI). The MLI enters into force for Croatia on 1 June 2021.
