The Colombian National Tax Authority (DIAN) issued an Administrative Regulation 50 of 16 June 2016 regarding the procedure and technical conditions for filing the transfer pricing informative return for the tax year 2015.
In this Administrative Regulation DIAN provides instructions for electronic submission of required information, required forms (Form 1729 V-5) and technical specifications and contingency plans for technical problems with online programs require submission of documents.
