The tax authorities have provided a new reporting format for the declaration that Chilean individuals and foreign individuals that have been domiciled or resident in Chile for more than 3 years must file a return by 19 March 2014 to report foreign sourced income received in 2013, along with certain related information. Information reported in the declaration should be consistent with the information provided in the individual’s annual tax return, which is due by 30 April.
