The Prime Minister of Canada has announced tax changes on 30 October 2014 that would give tax savings to families starting in 2014. The initiation of this new family tax cut credit would outcome in tax savings of up to $2,000 for families with children with age under 18 years. It also incorporate changes to the existing child care cost subtraction, worldwide child care advantage and child tax credit that will start from 2015.
