The Foreign Trade Chamber (CAMEX) of Brazil has declared that the 10% import duty will be cut from wheat, capital and electronic goods till 15 August 2014, and this decision came into effect from 24 June 2014. CAMEX also introduced, 2 Resolutions- Resolution No. 44 which relates to reductionĀ of the import duty by 14% to 2% while Resolution No. 43 relates to reduction of import tax by 16% to 2% on 10 computer and telecommunications products and these rates will applicable from 24 June 2014 to 31 December 2015.
