On 12 November 2020, the Belgian Minister of Finance (MoF) announced a further extension of the filing corporate income tax (CIT) returns to 30 November 2020 for the Assessment Year 2020. Previously, the deadline for filing corporate income tax returns had been extended until 16 November 2020.
As the Local file form (275LF) constitutes part of the corporate income tax return, the postponed deadline also applies to the filing of the Local file.
