Austria has released an updated Ordinance, effective from 1 May 2025, with new lists of participating and reportable jurisdictions for the automatic exchange of financial account information under the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), adding Armenia, Belize, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.
For the 2025 calendar year, participating jurisdictions include: Albania, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Armenia, Aruba, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Colombia, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Curacao, Dominica, Ecuador, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Ghana, Gibraltar, Greenland, Grenada, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Isle of Man, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Jersey, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Korea (Republic of), Kuwait, Lebanon, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova, Montserrat, Nauru, Netherlands (to the extent not covered by the scope of Directive 2011/16/EU), New Caledonia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Niue, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Qatar, Russia*, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, Singapore, Sint Maarten, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Islands, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uruguay, and Vanuatu.
