Three countries have signed the CRS MCAA addendum, bringing the total number of participating jurisdictions to 72 as of 3 March 2026. The additions—Peru, Croatia, and Moldova—join the expanding global framework for automatic exchange of financial account information under the updated Common Reporting Standard.

According to an OECD update published on 3 March 2026, three new jurisdictions have joined the Common Reporting Standard framework by signing the addendum to the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information.

Peru became a signatory on 26 November 2025, followed by Croatia on 24 December 2025, and Moldova on 26 January 2026. The additions expand the global network of countries committed to the automatic exchange of financial account information under the CRS MCAA.

The 2022 amendments to the Common Reporting Standard, published in 2023, expanded the scope of financial information subject to automatic exchange. The CRS MCAA addendum provides the legal framework for jurisdictions to exchange this broader range of data.

As of 3 March 2026, 72 jurisdictions have signed the addendum.
