Turkey to reduce digital services tax in two stages.
Turkey has reduced its digital services tax (DST) with the publication of Presidential Decree No. 10767 in the Official Gazette (No. 33118) on 25 December 2025.
The decree lowers the DST rate from 7.5% to 5% starting 1 January 2026 and further to 2.5% from 1 January 2027.
It updates paragraph (3) of Article 5 of Law No. 7194 on Digital Service Tax and Amendments to Certain Laws, as well as Decree Law No. 375.
The reduction is part of the Turkish Revenue Administration’s ongoing efforts to streamline taxation for digital services.
