The OECD will host a webinar on Pillar One Amount B on 11 February 2025. OECD’s transfer pricing team will discuss the latest updates and developments regarding the design and implementation of the Amount B framework. This framework, developed by the Inclusive Framework on BEPS (Inclusive Framework), offers a streamlined and simplified approach to applying the arm’s length principle to in-country baseline marketing and distribution activities.
The Amount B guidance, approved and published by the Inclusive Framework in February 2024, has since been supplemented with additional guidance and implementation tools throughout the year. During the webinar, the OECD team will recap key scoping and pricing features, provide a demonstration of the recently released Pricing Automation Tool, and bring participants up to date on the implementation of and next steps for Amount B. Participants will also have the opportunity to submit questions to the OECD team during a Q&A session.
The webinar will be hosted on Zoom and conducted in English. Questions can be submitted in advance through the Zoom registration process or live during the webinar via the Q&A function. The session will be recorded, and all registrants will receive a link to the replay within 24 hours.
