On 21 October 2022, the Greek Public Revenue Authority (AADE) published Decision A. 1141 on the official website regarding the filing deadline for the annual certificate of tax compliance issued by certified accountants and auditing companies. AADE extends the deadline to 30 November 2022 (the 11th month after the end of the audited tax period) for filing the annual certificate of tax compliance applicable for corporations, Greek permanent establishments of foreign companies, limited liability companies, and private companies. Moreover, eligible companies must provide a draft of the certificate to the audited company by the 10th day of November.
